Farmers’ Market

According to the Northville Farmer’s Market Facebook page, fresh produce like strawberries and asparagus are ready for purchase. Make sure to put every Thursday down on your calendar from now till the end of October for visiting Northville’s Farmers’ Market.

Friday Night Concert

  • Admission is Free

Come to downtown Northville this Friday night to enjoy the rock and soul music of MainStreet Soul. You can make it a date night and check out one of many Northville restaurants. Or, bring the kids for a fun family night out.

First Friday Experience

It is time for another First Friday Experience. While listening to the Michigan country band, the North Country Flyers, enjoy a night of shopping around Northville. Many of the shops stay open late, offer special deals, specialty products, and complimentary hors d'oeuvre and glass of wine.

Make it a date night and stop into one of the many restaurants in Downtown Northville. Many of Northville’s restaurants are open late for the First Friday Experience.

Northville’s Independence Day Parade

At the Independence Day Parade in Downtown Northville on July 4th, your friends and family will be able to watching floats, characters, bands, classic and vintage cars, veterans, fire trunks, bikes, and animals.

According to the Northville Community Foundation, children can decorate their bikes and join in the parade. There is no need to preregister. Just be at the northwest parking lot at Sheldon and 7 Mile at 9:15 am on Saturday.

Would you like your pet to join in the parade? Again, there is no need to preregister. Bring your pet to the Northville Downs (green section) at 9:30 am on the day of the parade.

This year’s parade theme is American Memories. Don’t miss this opportunity to create your own American memories, and don’t forget to wear your red, white, and blue.

Mill Race Village Independence Day Activities

After the Independence Day Parade, head over to the historical Mill Race Village. Bring a picnic lunch and be transported back in time for a taste of what it was like in 1910.
