Why would this city get national attention?

What Makes Northville Such a Hidden Gem?

Northville is a hidden gem nestled between Detroit’s suburbs and family farms. While strolling down Main Street, you will see a shoe cobbler, a bread baker and a vaudeville theatre. That is not all. The article also highlights the city’s local cider mill, Parmenter’s Cider Mill, which is well known to the area as the perfect place for apple cider and hot cinnamon doughnuts.

In addition, the Northville Historical Society’s Mill Race Village is a crowning jewel. Every Sunday this summer, you are invited to take a trip back in time at the Mill Race Village for free.  Mill Race Village is open to the public and even provides guides who are dressed up in 19th-century attire to match the ambiance of this historic village.

The USA Today’s article highlighted a number of Northville, Michigan’s features, but that is not all the city has to offer.
