    While you may not be able to control the size of your garage, take the time to clean it up and highlight its storage features. In an article by New Home Source, having plenty of - or even already organized - garage space will “make the man of the house grow weak in the knees.”
  • Stage Your Home
    Home buyers want to walk into your home and be able to imagine themselves there. A great way to offer this is by staging your home. Staging is not simply putting away clutter and personal pictures. In an article by, they reported that staged homes sell 50% faster than non-staged homes.
