Jamey Kramer – Associate Broker
Jamey is a native of Metropolitan Detroit and began his real estate career in 1992. His tireless energy and boundless passion have made Jamey an undeniable force in the real estate industry. Jamey has consistently been the #1 agent in his office and is ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the entire country. While adhering to a commitment of excellence, Jamey has earned his Associate Broker’s license and CPS, GRI, CNE, CRS, ABR professional designations. Diana Kelly – Transaction Coordinator
Diana has been working in the real estate profession since 2004. Having Diana handle all the inside sales enables Jamey to focus exclusively on our sellers and their specific needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to personal service. Diana oversees the entire listing and closing process from start to finish and open communication is her highest priority.
Jean Lang – Buyer Agent
Jean comes to the Jamey Kramer Group with extensive experience as a buyer agent specialist. She began her career as a full time realtor in 2002 and has been a part of the Jamey Kramer Group since 2008. Her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and phenomenal negotiating skills make it a winning combination for our clients. She has a unique ability for connecting buyers with the right home for them. Jean also works with our sellers as a home staging specialist. She assists our clients by simplifying, decorating and de-cluttering to position their home for a quick sale. In her spare time, Jean enjoys cooking, baking, reading, home improvement and decorating projects, walking her dog and spending time with her family and friends.
Paul Greenhalgh – Buyer Agent
Paul brings extensive experience in real estate, finance and personal investments throughout his 35 years as a professional advisor and entrepreneur working with individuals, families and institutions. For the past 15 years, Paul has been a purchaser and investor of single family homes and condominiums through auctions and tax lien properties to improve and resell in residential areas throughout the Midwest. He managed teams of contractors and realtors to maximize value of remodeled properties to benefit neighborhoods. For the prior 10 years, Paul was a Certified Financial Planner consulting and implementing successful strategies in investments, insurance, retirement and tax planning for over 75 clients and families to achieve their financial goals. From 1985-1996, Paul was an institutional fixed income bond trader and product manager for Bankers Trust Company, Guardian Capital, and Barclays Bank in New York City and London, England. Paul enjoys traveling and cooking with his wife and three children.
Frank Raburn – Photographer/Marketing Consultant
Frank has served the Kramer Group as technology consultant since its inception. He assumed the role of in-house photographer in the year 2000. Frank is a professional technology educator who retired after a distinguished career with Novi Community Schools. In addition to teaching classes on computer literacy, multi-media, web design, and video production, he has over 30 years experience as a basketball coach and over 20 years as a driving instructor. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, reading or playing tennis, as well as weekends with his family.
